Delivery
& Shipping for Your Gift
Each and every item at Arielle Designs is hand-crafted.
To allow for the preparation of your special piece,
please note that orders received prior to 5PM Monday
through Friday will generally be shipped within
two to three business days. Some items may require
a longer lead time (such as custom jewelry. Please
also allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays)
for the delivery of your package via UPS Ground
or USPS Priority Mail.

Rush
Orders
Arielle Designs can offer rush delivery for in-stock
items for an additional charge over our regular shipping
charges. Please note however: we may require up one
to two business days for the preparation of your order.

Returns
& Exchanges
We want you and your gift recipient to be thrilled
with your Arielle Designs purchase. If for some reason
you are not completely happy with your purchase, please
contact us at returns@arielledesigns.com and we will
arrange to exchange your purchase.
• We will gladly accept returns within 30 days
of the shipment date of your order for merchandise
credit only. The shipping and handling charge is not
refundable.
• Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.
If you would like to return an item to us for an exchange
or merchandise credit, please follow our return instructions
below for quicker processing. If the return instructions
are not followed, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance
of your returned jewelry. (sorry, we don’t want
to see your beautiful baubles arrive back broken because
it wasn’t treated properly)

To return jewelry, please make sure the following
criteria are met:
1. Jewelry must be returned in original packaging.
This should be a "BOX". NOT padded envelopes,
NOT manila envelopes.
2. Before you send anything back to us, please be
sure to obtain your personal Return Authorization
number (RA#). This helps you and us by speeding up
the exchange process once we receive your jewelry.
To obtain the RA#, simply email us at Returns@arielledesigns.com,
and we will contact you when we have processed your
request. We must receive your return within 10 days
of issuing the RA#.
3. Include the "Return Authorization" email.
You can request a prepaid, pre-insured UPS Return
Label from us! This label will be emailed to you.
Please print it out and affix to package. We will
deduct $5.95 from your merchandise credit for this
service.
4. Please return your package and order receipt to
the address below via an insured courier (for example:
FedEx, UPS, trackable USPS). Arielle Designs is not
responsible for items damaged or lost while being
returned to us. If the item you received was damaged,
defective or incorrect, we will be happy to provide
you with a prepaid UPS return label for your use.

What
It Means to be Handcrafted
Each of the items on the Arielle Designs web site
is handcrafted. This means that each item is unique,
and may have slight variations from piece to piece.
Please accept this as one of the beautiful features
of owning a special piece from Arielle Designs. Also,
many of our items are one-of-a-kind or very limited
in quantity, and we make no guarantees of availability.
We have made every effort to display accurate colors
in the photographs on this website, however, due to
numerous variations in the settings of your monitor,
we can not guarantee that the colors that you view
on your screen are the exact colors of the items.

Jewelry
Care
If you notice your jewelry needs polishing, we suggest
you use a polishing cloth that is specially made to
not damage fine baubles. Some come with a pre-treated
inner cloth which will take care of tarnish for sterling
sliver and gold and are non-abrasive.
We hope your jewelry will be cared for and be worn
for a lifetime! Therefore we suggest you put it on
last to avoid any contact with hair products, make-up,
lotions and any other potentially harmful agents.
Storing the jewelry in sealed bag slows the oxidation
process and reduces the need for polishing and keeping
semi-precious stones out of direct sunlight will help
ensure the natural brilliance of your baubles lasts!
